Young American Heroes tells real stories about young people from the past.

It also offers teachers and students the opportunity to help create a social studies curriculum and lesson plans, TV shows and graphic novels that will be made available nationwide. Our goal is to develop creative, entertaining content that meets the classroom needs of middle school American history teachers but also is something that students turn on and watch when they get home–either on the Web, television, their iPod or DVD.
